The naming of Paperbark Place in Mooroolbark

A paperbark tree flowering in MooroolbarkOur next property development along Cambridge Road in Mooroolbark will be called Paperbark Place after the native Australian Swamp Paperbark trees that grew prolifically in the area. There are still many growing strong today.

Mooroolbark is located in the valley of the Brushy Creek (itself named after the Swamp Paperbark, Melaleuca ericifolia – or tea-tree – that lined its banks) an area which was originally dense forest.

The Swamp Paperbark produces gorgeous yellow flowers when in bloom. So, to mark the connection between the beauty of the Swamp Paperbark flowers, land of the site and the local area we decided to go with Paperbark Place.

Paperbark Place will be a mix of three and two bedroom homes, perfectly located within a five minute walk to the shops, Mooroolbark train station, Kilsyth Centenary Pool, Kiloran Park, bowls club and police station.

So, if you are looking to buy a house in Mooroolbark this might be the perfect place for you. If you would like to know more about Paperbark Place please contact Mike on 1300 766 607 or email love@gehde.com.au
